Annual Prizes

The American Association for History and Computing is pleased to solicit nominations
for its annual book and multimedia awards.

The American Association for History and Computing is pleased to solicit nominations for its annual book award.

The 2006 Book Awards for Individual and Group Nominations are now being accepted for the 2006 best book prize. Eligible works can be on any subject relevant to history and computing published in 2005. Submissions must include a cover letter explaining its merits and a supporting letter from a scholar in the field. Nominations for the book prize are encouraged from publishers, scholars, and authors, and nominees are asked to provide copies (five) for peer review.

The awards will be announced during the annual meeting of the AAHC, April 15-17 which will be held online (for details see http://www.theaahc.org/cfp2006.html.and will be noted on the AAHC website).

The deadline for receipt of all nominations (and review copies) is February 15, 2006.
